– Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) – From R 13,500.00
For Homeowners’ Associations (NPCs), we draft or amend the MOI to ensure Companies Act compliance, clearer governance, and protection against disputes. Price may increase based on customisation or restructuring.
– Upliftment of Certificate of Establishment – from R 1,750.00
We retrieve your official registration certificate from the Deeds Office—a critical founding document for body corporates, needed for legal and administrative purposes.
– Registration of HOA MOI and Rules – from R 1,750.00
We handle the official registration of your HOA’s governing documents (MOI and Rules) with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), ensuring full compliance and updated records.
– Submission of Rules to CSOS – from R 1,500.00
Let us take care of the lodgement of your adopted rules with the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS). Includes validation of all supporting documentation and a compliant submission package.

Should your matter fall outside the scope of the standard unopposed process (e.g., changes in instructions, post-settlement disputes, multiple draft revisions, tracing a non-cooperative spouse, or complex property/child matters), additional time is billed at R1,250.00 per hour.
